Shipping Policy for CarRazo Products

At CarRazo, we partner with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, in collaboration with local couriers, to provide you with direct and convenient worldwide shipping. We are pleased to offer flat-rate shipping for our valued customers.

Order Processing and Verification

When you place an order with CarRazo, you will be charged at the time of purchase. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Please note that this verification process may take several days. For security purposes and to prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may experience delays or may be canceled.

Shipping Process

CarRazo typically requires between 2-5 working days to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. During peak seasons or major holidays, fulfillment may take up to 10 days, especially if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.

Once your order enters the shipping process, we are unable to make any changes, including address modifications. We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout. Please note that we only ship during business days and do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates due to differences in manufacturing partners' locations.

Tracking

All CarRazo orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive an email containing your tracking number when your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility. Please be aware that for some shipping companies, it may take several days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago, and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by country or region, and we do not provide specific delivery dates. The following are estimated shipping times for your reference:

  • United States: 7-14 Business days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-14 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 Business days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days

Please note that these estimates are in business/working days and do not include our 2-5 day processing time.

While CarRazo makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees imposed once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and CarRazo has no control over these charges. We cannot predict the exact amount of these fees. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information if you have questions.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

CarRazo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with the respective shipping carrier. Please note that we utilize timestamp information from tracking links and delivery confirmations when reviewing damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate before placing an order. CarRazo begins processing orders immediately, and changes cannot be made once an order is placed. If an order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
